PTE考试Describe Image评分点与做题步骤

　　Describe Image是PTE考试中关键的题型，备考难度也非常大，类似雅思A类写作中的小作文，包括线图，饼图，柱状图，流程图和地图。本文就为大家讲解PTE考试Describe Image的备考技巧！

　　根据图片整理逻辑思路，口述图片内容（理解原图片及相关学术词汇）；

　　语速自然流利，正确的单词发音，在规定时间40 s内完成。

　　准备时间35 － 40 s

　　题目：The diagrams below show the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.

　　流程图-工序图三大基本步骤：

　　①微观：看图分析每个步骤所需的材料+工具+动词

　　②宏观：构思文章段落结构

　　③微观：保证句与句之间，段落与段落之间连贯

　　三大步骤具体实施：

　　①看图分析步骤

　　图一：cement生产流程

　　句1）limestone和clay在crasher里被crash成powder

　　Limestone and clay are crashed by crasher into powder.

　　句2）powder被deliver to进mixer里，被mix(成mixture)

　　Powder is delivered to mixer into mixture, where ismixed.

　　句3）mixture被sentto进rotating heater里，被rotate被heat成powder

　　The mixture is sent to the rotating heater, inwhich it is heated and rotated.

　　句4）powder被place在conveyor belt上

　　Powder is placed on the conveyor belt.

　　句5）powder经过grinder被grind成cement

　　Powder is ground by the grinder into cement.

　　句6）cement被pack成bags

　　Cement is packed in bags.

　　句1）四种materials分别成一定比例

　　Gravel accounts for 50%, while cement, water and sand represent 15%, 10% and 25% respectively.

　　句2）materials被place进concrete mixer顺时针旋转，生产出concrete

　　The materials are placed in the concrete mixer, which rotates clockwise until concrete isproduced.

　　②确定段落结构：

　　第一段：两图分别show了cement和concrete的生产流程

　　第二段：描述图一（句1+2+3+4+5+6）

　　第三段：描述图二（句1+句2）

　　第四段：总结并对比图一图二（to summarise+in contrast）

　　③最后，将每个步骤用适当的语法结构和语篇标记自然连接

　　第一段：

　　The two diagrams show how cement and concreteare produced with different materials and facilities.

　　第二段：

　　At the first stage, limestone and clay are crashed by crasher into powder.The powder isthendelivered to mixer into mixture, whereismixed.The mixture issubsequentlysent to the rotating heater, in which it is heated and rotated.In the next step, the rotated powder is placed on the conveyor belt,beforebeing ground by the grinder into cement[合并图一句4和5].This final product[同义替换powder] is packed in bags.

　　In the process of concrete production, gravel accounts for 50%, while cement, water and sand represent 15%, 10% and 25% respectively. These materials are placed in the concrete mixer, which rotates clockwise until concrete is produced.

　　To summarise[总结], cement production consists of 4 stages（此步骤为图一所示主要步骤：碾碎+混合+旋转加热+研磨）, starting from crushing materials into powder and ending at bagging cement.In contrast[对比], concrete production is simple, mixing four materials.
