　　析：situation是可数名词，当被some修饰时，应用复数。

　　析：There be 句式中的be的单复数由主语决定，此句主语为不可数名词support，应用单数。

　　改：There is less support to the literature writers.

　　错误二：动词原形做主语

　　这是一个基本的语法知识，在我们刚接触英语句子的时候，老师就会告诉我们句子中动词是不可以做主语的，做主语的必须是名词，后面又学到了主语可以是动名词(doing)或者不定式(to do)的形式。下面也有几个例子，大家可以看看，一看就明白了。

　　错：Study hard will increase a person’s competence.

　　析：此句使用动词原形做主语，需改成动名词(doing)或不定式(to do)的形式。

　　改：Studying hard will increase a person’s competence.

　　错：Educate children is a momentous task today.

　　析：此句使用动词原形做主语，需改成动名词(doing)或不定式(to do)的形式。

　　改：To educate children is a momentous task today.

　　错误三：多个句子用逗号来连接

　　从小老师就告诉我们，无论是在英语中，还是在汉语中，逗号是不具备连接两个独立的句子的功能，一个完整的句子应该用一个句号来结束。两个独立的句子的连接方法有下面几种方法：

　　一，两个句子用句号隔开，句首的字母需要用大写。

　　二，可以用逻辑连接词来连接两个句子，我们在写作中常用到的逻辑连接词有表示并列关系的(and，分号)、转折关系(but,yet)、因果关系(for,so)。

　　三，将两个句子写成复合句的形式，像名词性从句、定语从句或者状语从句。

　　下面有一个例子，一看就明白了：

　　错：People inevitably have access to unhealthy or violentinformation on the Internet, some people especially teenagers will be easilyattracted by those information.

　　析：本句中，逗号连接了两个独立而完整的句子，是错误的。

　　改1：People inevitably have access to unhealthy or violentinformation on the Internet. Some people especially teenagers will be easilyattracted by those information.

　　改2：People inevitably have access to unhealthy or violentinformation on the Internet and some people especially teenagers will be easilyattracted by those information.

　　错：Today the haze is severely heavy, it is exceedinglyharmful to everyone.

　　析：逗号连接两个独立的句子。

　　改1：Today the haze is severely heavy. And it is exceedinglyharmful to everyone.

　　改2：Today the haze is severely heavy, and it is exceedinglyharmful to everyone.

　　改3：Today the haze is severely heavy; it is exceedinglyharmful to everyone.

　　改4：Today the haze is severely heavy which is exceedinglyharmful to everyone.

　　错误四：将从句单独成句

　　何为从句，很明显就是从属的意思，所以它不具备独立的功能。所以，大家在写作的时候就不能把从句连接词首字母大写来就一个独立的句子。我们要知道从句只是复句的一个部分，从句和主句就像台湾和大陆一样是不可分割的。当从句被写成独立的句子，就犹如台湾远离了祖国母亲的怀抱，于心何忍?!所以，从句必须和主句一起构成一个完整的句子。

　　错：The only problem of food at the present time is thatpeople have difficulty to decide what to eat. Because people have too manychoices of delicious food.

　　析：because引导的原因状语从句独立成句，错误。

　　改：The only problem of food at the present time is thatpeople have difficulty to decide what to eat, because people have too manychoices of delicious food.
